Most US based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hrs for your convenience and maximum efficiency. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

*Expedited 2 Day Express shipping is also available in the US for a flat rate of $9.95. Express Shipping orders must be placed before 12noon PST to be received in expected timeframe. Any Express Shipping orders placed after 12noon PST will take an additional business day to arrive.

How do I track my order?

Option 1: You can track the status of your order and shipment by logging into Your Account and opening the order by clicking on the Order Number button on the left hand side of the entry.

Yes, all our products are appropriate for all skin types, including the most sensitive.

Do you test on animals?

Unequivocally, we do not test on animals. Period. We are PETA certified

Are your products all-natural, “clean” and non-toxic? 

SomeoneLovesYou Clean Beauty products are made with natural ingredients and are not only cruelty free, colorant and fragrance free, but are also formulated without harsh chemicals that can cause skin irritations - a great natural choice for your skin and the environment. Our products are formulated without sulfates, SLS and SLES, parabens, formaldehydes, formalde- hyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, and triclocarban.     Yes, all our products are free of parabens and fragrances and are thoroughly tested by dermatologists for safety, skin sensitivity and comedogenicity.

        Why is the color of my creme different than the last order?

        This product, like all products, can be a slightly different shade from month to month based on the raw materials used.
        Shea Butter is the greatest deciding factor.
        Many times the lots of shea are different colors and sometimes we blend them to get a more neutral color.

        Can I purchase the old SomeoneLovesYou products?

        Our new lines are similar to previous SomeoneLovesYou products, but have been updated and enhanced to provide you even better results. We think you'll like them

        Do you offer samples?

        There are times we offer samples, but not always. Also, there are certain products that have smaller, travel sizes, as a trial product. You can also go to one of our retail partners and try the products there

        Can I use SomeoneLovesYou Skincare products if I am pregnant or lactating?

        Cosmetics, Cosmeceuticals and most Prescription Drugs are not tested for reproductive toxicology. SomeoneLovesYou skincare products have not been tested and it is a personal choice between you and your physician or beauty therapist if any products should be used during pregnancy. Always refer to your doctor for this answer.

        How long will it take to see visible results?

        Within a few weeks of using SomeoneLovesYou products on a regular basis, skin should begin to look and feel smoother and healthier. The look of fine lines and wrinkles will begin to diminish and complexion and texture will appear more even. An average of 2 to 6 weeks should be allowed for visible results, depending on the condition of the skin prior to using SomeoneLovesYou products.
